Bare Snacks Veggie Garden Party

Inspired by Bare Snacks’ newly launched veggie chips, we worked with the brand to host over 30 wellness, food, and lifestyle influencers for a veggie-centric garden party.

The primary goal of the event was to authentically reconnect and engage with influencers in the Bare Snacks community, as well as attract new influencers to the brand. We helped Bare Snacks achieve these goals through our in-depth influencer outreach, creative event design, and full-scale event production.

The Sunday afternoon event was an opportunity for influencers and their guests to wander around a veggie garden wonderland, curated with the newly launched beet, carrot, and sweet potato chips, in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District.

 

The Details

Playing off the Bare Snacks' tagline, "Crave Your Veggies", we designed two interactive stations tied to the essence of summer herbs and produce. From decorating chalkboard-painted pots to making quick-pickled veggies, influencers were able to connect with the theme in a hands-on and interactive way. The entire experience was ripe for Instagram feeds and designed to be on-brand in every way for Bare Snacks.

To provide the perfect shot for social media, we designed and built a custom 9-foot tall branded backdrop filled with baskets of fresh carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes. We installed rows of empty chip bags across the backdrop to add brand presence without overwhelming the space.

The curated menu, created in partnership with local influencer Chef Daniela Gerson, featured small bites highlighting the new veggie chips in an elevated context. Favorites included Carrot & Coconut Cake with Carrot Chips, Endive Leaves with Herbed Goat Cheese and Beet Chips, and Roasted Sweet Potato Bites with Avocado, Bacon, Queso Fresco and Sweet Potato Chips.
